With vermicular cast iron for spindle box, worktable and saddle, the dynamic rigidity of Vertical Machine Center VMC-L1055 is much higher than grey cast iron. The inside ribs and stiffeners are also optimized according to the features of vermicular cast iron.
The compact design has also taken the overall dimensions into consideration. One 40’ container could load 4 sets of VMC-L1055.
